Danny has litigated complex medical malpractice cases, product liability cases, and catastrophic injury cases that have reached multi-million dollar settlements. Danny has overseen cases through every stage of litigation and has appeared on behalf of clients at trial and mediation in wrongful death claims, personal injury claims, and corporate disputes. In his years of practice, Danny has established a track record that includes multiple victories at critical moments of litigation, and has taken the lead on numerous motions to dismiss, motions for summary judgment, motions in limine, trial briefs, and post-judgment motions.
Danny graduated cum laude from Sandra Day O’Connor Law School and was granted a certificate for specialization in Law, Science, and Technology.
