Angel J. MedinaClient Intake Specialist

Serving as the client intake specialist, Angel Medina is your first point of contact with our G&K Injury Team. Angel provides compassionate service with strong communication skills to promptly handle new client calls and messaging, assist with paperwork and scheduling, process claims and liaise with third parties when necessary, and ensure our clients receive the best and timeliest possible legal counsel. Angel joins the G&K Injury Team full-time, with over three years of experience working as a legal intake professional and over 10 years of experience in client service. He is fluent in Spanish and holds both an EMT and CPR certification.

Angel Medina, que actúa como especialista en admisión de clientes, es su primer punto de contacto con nuestro equipo de lesiones de G&K. Angel brinda un servicio compasivo con sólidas habilidades de comunicación para manejar rápidamente las llamadas y mensajes de nuevos clientes, ayudar con el papeleo y la programación, procesar reclamos y comunicarse con terceros cuando sea necesario, y garantizar que nuestros clientes reciban la mejor y más oportuna asesoría legal posible.
