J. Tyrrell “Ty” Taber has dedicated his 45-year-career to plaintiff’s personal injury, wrongful death, and general civil litigation. A Certified Specialist in Personal Injury & Wrongful Death Litigation, Ty represents plaintiff's in cases involving insurance coverage and bad faith, burn injuries, construction site accidents, defective road design, dog bites, small engine and helicopter crashes, motor vehicle accidents (including motorcycle, tractor-trailer and truck, bicycle, and pedestrian-involved MVAs), premises liability, and product recalls.

Ty is a sustaining member, past president, and member of the Board of Directors of the Arizona Association for Justice, and is a member of the American Association for Justice. Ty has been elected to the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) and recognized by his peers with a Martindale Hubbell AV Preeminent Rating.
