Maria T. RacitiAssociate


Maria Raciti is an associate attorney who represents clients in catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases. During law school, Maria interned for one summer at Gallagher & Kennedy and gained experience in the areas of antitrust litigation, commercial property disputes, commercial contract litigation, personal injury and wrongful death actions, and criminal defense. She also earned legal externships with the Arizona Attorney General’s Office Liability Management Section, the Arizona Supreme Court Staff Attorney’s Office, and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

At ASU, Maria served as a Constitutional Law Teaching Assistant, a member of the Women Law Students’ Association, a member of the Arizona Women Lawyers Association, a Law Ambassador for the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, an Arizona Legal Center Volunteer, a CourtWorks Volunteer, and Articles Editor of the Arizona State Law Journal. Her work on the Journal earned her an Outstanding Note and Comment Contribution.

Maria's academic achievements during law school include earning the Highest Pro Bono Distinction award and four CALI Awards (for the top grade in each class) in Legal Method & Writing, Legal Advocacy, Constitutional Law, and Juvenile Law.
