Rachael earned her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law in 2020. After her second year of law school, Rachael was a summer associate at Gallagher & Kennedy, where she was able to acquaint herself with many aspects of the firm’s practice including researching and drafting demand letters, pleadings, and memoranda concerning plaintiff’s personal injury, products liability, negligence, commercial litigation, and employment litigation. During law school, Rachael served as an extern for the Honorable Jennifer G. Zipps at the United States District Court of Arizona, where she learned what judges value the most from behind-the-scenes, which she has applied to her own practice. She served as a member of the ABA National Moot Court Team, where she gained valuable oral argument skills in appellate advocacy. Rachael served as a Writing Fellow for the Director of Legal Writing and as a Teaching Assistant for both the law school’s civil procedure course and the undergraduate school’s course on the Supreme Court. Rachael served as the Senior Managing Editor of Arizona Law Review, where she built relationships with renowned legal scholars and helped oversee the journal’s publication process. Rachael was the first female president of the Sports & Entertainment Law Society, and she served as the Secretary and a member of the Latino Law Student Association.
Rachael received a Bachelor of Science, summa cum laude, in Business Management from the Barrett Honors College at Arizona State University in 2015 where she was a Dean’s List Scholar.

She was a member of the Women’s Varsity Volleyball Team at Loyola University in New Orleans. Rachael later worked with the National Football League Players Association, the labor union for the National Football League. Her background in athletics provided Rachael with a strong work ethic and a foundation to litigate with drive, determination, and discipline.
She managed a local restaurant in Phoenix, which gives her valuable insight into the local community and a sincere understanding of people, which she uses to engage with clients in various walks of life.
Rachael was a Junior Olympian before she played on the Women’s Varsity Volleyball Team at Loyola University in New Orleans. She has a passion for art through photography and painting. Rachael enjoys international travel; she has visited Spain, France, England, and Mexico.
