Kate focuses her practice in the area of litigation and plaintiff’s personal injury & wrongful death. Kate routinely researches and analyzes legal authorities and drafts mediation memoranda, motions, and demand letters to assist clients through all stages of litigation.

Kate has assisted clients in a variety of legal areas including commercial litigation, plaintiff’s personal injury and wrongful death, employment, sports, criminal defense, and data privacy and security.

After her second year of law school, Kate was a summer associate at Gallagher & Kennedy where she was able to acquaint herself with all aspects of the firm’s practice.

Kate graduated cum laude from the University of Arizona where she served as Editor-in-Chief for Arizona Law Review and earned a CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Legal Research. While in school, Kate externed for the Honorable Judge G. Murray Snow at the US District Court of Arizona. She also served as a teaching assistant for both the law school’s criminal procedure course during her second and third year and the undergraduate school’s course on the Supreme Court. Finally, Kate served as a student advocate in the Wrongful Conviction clinic where she gained valuable insight at both the trial and appellate level.


Prior to law school, Kate worked with AEG Live reviewing contracts between music artists and venues and was also a professional barrel racer. See Katherine’s profile on our main website.
